In the end, you will get what you deserve Try to get a better understanding of things before you make your judgement. These games always have shades of gray, but acting as Artyom's character would is generally a way to get the "good" ending (not exactly the canonical one), this is where reading books and playing prior titles can give you some insight. ![]() A clearly evil bas7ard is ready for the grave. Some people you encounter as hostile could just be misunderstood and you need to take the moral high ground. Look for journal pages and audio tapes for more insight on your current surroundings. On much of these games, you are the invader unless you prove otherwise (mostly by sneaking/non-lethal). Hostile combatants are generally fine to kill unless you're killing them for the wrong reason. ![]() Sparing/saving certain people when given a choice can grant a karma benefit. Noble: Killing some people, like the innocent, injured, surrendered, or helpless, has a clear negative moral detriment. Last Light canonical ending is regarded as the good ending.īasically, you want to act as Artyom's character would, which is mostly noble and curious (the good guy).Ĭurious: searching in areas and finding secrets/caches, listening to many conversions by friendlies, neutrals and hostiles alike. It is that 3rd game Exodus which you will want to get the good ending on.Ģ033 canonical ending is regarded as the bad ending. There is a few small groups of bandits in 3rd area who it is okay to kill, but the rest should be gone through with stealth.Ĥth big area of Exodus it doesn't matter what you do, just survive. you can't kill really any of the native forest people, you can kill some of one splinter of them of the Pirates, but generally just try to avoid killing any the forest native people. Third area, the forest area, you have to stealth a lot. Good ending 2nd area is more about doing all the side missions in the area and freeing slaves from imprisonments. the desert area, it doesn't really matter whether you most kill human enemies, but they have some slaves who you can't kill, and on a few occasions you need to stealth past the slaves who are working. In the first open world snow/swamp/river area you need to stealth and not kill when around the faction there, the church fish cult people, but you can kill bandits. Oh but in third game (Exodus) you DO need to stealth and not kill a lot of the human enemies if you want good ending!!! To get the good ending on Exodus you need to get the good ending on at least 2 out of 3 of those areas. third game has 3 major world areas, starting with 1st one when game becomes open world, and for each of those 3 areas there is a bad ending where you lose a crew member. Third game (exodus) doesn't have moral point system. Explore everywhere, find little hiding holes, go in side rooms, go in side areas. Even enemy conversations in enemy bases, sometimes if you stay stealthy and listen to conversations before you deal with enemy you will get a moral point.Ĥ. When you are in Stations go slowly listen to all conversations. Listen to conversations as much as possible. It doesn't matter if you kill gameplay human enemies, but not killing mutants is more important and not only sometimes you will miss moral points if you attack mutants but you can take moral point penalty.ģ. Maybe there is a Bat Demon flying around and a nest it has a baby in, just avoid it and run inside. Maybe there are some dog monsters slowly walking towards you, but you can leave their territory, or out of nowhere there is are nosalis or watchmen mutants running past in a horde or on some building growling trying to scare you away, don't shoot them. Respect life of Mutant monsters wildlife. Choose to save characters and don't kill surrendering enemies.Ģ. When you have an option to A or B kill a character DON'T. I don't recommend following a moral point guide for Last Light as it will ruin immersion and fun of Last Light, just play the game and even if you got other ending it's not a long conclusion but just a different clip at the end of Last Light which you could easily look up and watch the other ending of Last Light.ġ. People mistakenly often say that to get the Good Ending for Last Light then you need to avoid killing human enemies in gameplay. Canon ending of the First Game (2033) is the ending which you don't need to collect moral points for, so just play it however.Ĭanon ending of the Second Game (Last Light) is the ending which you need a lot of moral points for - "the Good Ending"
